
Hello and thank you for coming to explore yourself through somatic movement with us!
Our aim is for everyone to experience an open and friendly self-dialogue with their own bodies. The outcome should be more pleasant sensations, emotions, and thoughts related to your body!
This is a VERY participation heavy lesson.
Here's how you can get the most out of it for yourself and how you can show up to help others get the most out of it too!
• Be on time. We start at 6pm PT. After 6:05pm, we cannot let anyone else in because we will start the session.
• Come with your camera and microphone so we can see and hear you.
• Have camera fixed, i.e. not carrying it around.
• Have space to move around lie on the floor (it's also ok if you cannot / do not want to move around). We look forward to working together.
