Kelly believes that you hold beautiful visions in your imagination and that you will transform these visions into physical reality when you have sufficient energy and guidance. Food, movement, friendships, and sleep energize your body. Guidance comes from listening to yourself: from following your sensations as you interact with the outside world.
His aim is to help you practice these interactive patterns of exploration, curiosity, appreciation, and dance with sensation.
Kelly offers individual and group somatic awareness trainings, personal training, group fitness training, and soccer-specific training.
