About

Your body knows how to regulate itself. You were born with this ability.

The more moments you experience and witness self-organization and self-development and the deeper you understand your physiology and psychology, the more familiar and intuitive self-regulation becomes.

We design our somatic training and body education to give you exactly this: you learn how to self-regulate as well as develop a conceptual understanding of what's happening physiologically and psychologically.

All of our services feature PME, an ISMETA-affiliated program and a USABP official educator, as foundation. The method is to trigger and accompany the process of physical and mental self-organization and self-development through a mindful and compassionate dialogue. A helpful and healing process is created through mindful and compassionate perception. Self-regulation arises through trust in the wisdom of the body in an open “somatic dialogue” with oneself or with a (professional) counterpart.

Our study programs include theoretical and practical lessons in additional somatic methods, anatomy, physiology, evolutionary biology, perception, and Buddhist psychology. Individual coaching might also include a theoretical approach to some these topics if your healing process and curiosity call for it.

Our aim is to help you access the wisdom within your body by creating a space that is interesting, safe, and collaborative. We believe that, by practicing compassionate and trusting dialogue with your body, you become increasingly aware of the subtle patterns of thought, movement, postures, beliefs, emotions, and sensations that define your expression and perception. This increased awareness creates more perspectives of how these experiences develop and interact with each other which creates more options for self-perception and expression.
